Before contacting support, please view the FAQ page for some frequently asked questions about your courses, downloads, iPad compatibility, and payments.
Those who purchase courses and presets and have question on how to download/watch/install them (or billing questions), get to the top of the support queue (we usually respond within 24 hours to non-editing and billing/download related questions).
Other general photography or editing questions will usually take between 5-7 business days to answer, but I’ll eventually get to them, and existing customers will always go to the top of the list.Â

Course Update Questions?
All course updates for the Photoshop and Lightroom System are ALREADY IN YOUR ACCOUNT. Just click on My Account and you can get the updates there. There is no need to email customer support, as they are already in your account. Thanks!
Lightroom Catalog Questions?
If you’re about to send a Lightroom Catalog question in, just know that I won’t be able to help you from my computer – nobody can. The only thing I can do is refer you to is the “Mastering Catalogs” section in my Lightroom Course.Â
Error or Crash in LR or PS?
If you’re receiving an error message in LR or PS, it’s important to understand that I can’t troubleshoot Adobe software. I can only suggest you google search the error or refer you to Adobe Tech Support.

I can't log in to my account?
You can first try to reset your password to your account. If you receive the message “Invalid User Name or Email” that means you check out as a guest when you purchased and chose not to create an account. First… it’s TOTALLY okay… don’t sweat it. Just email in and we can get you your downloads again, and even set you up with an account so you can log-in any time and re-download your purchases.Â
I have used up downloads?
No worries. If you’ve accidentally tried to download to your phone or tablet, or just have clicked too many times, just email us and we can regenerate your downloads.Â
Lightroom or Photoshop is crashing on me?
Unfortunately if your question involves the word “crash” there’s not much I can do to help. If things aren’t working right, I always restart the program and restart my computer and sometimes that helps. Otherwise, please use the links below to contact the vendor.
How can I contact you about speaking engagements?
My files are not opening up after I download them. What's wrong?
