Of course anyone can message us for support (though I can’t answer software “crash” related support questions and I’ll always point you to the software vendor).
Those who purchase courses and presets and have question on how to use/watch/install them, get to the top of the support queue (we usually respond within 24 hours). Other general photography or editing questions may take a little longer to answer but I’ll get to them
