Of course anyone can message us for support (though I can’t answer software “crash” related support questions and I’ll always point you to the software vendor).
Those who purchase courses and presets and have question on how to download/watch/install them (or billing questions), get to the top of the support queue (we usually respond within 24 hours to non-editing and billing/download related questions).
Other general photography or editing questions will usually take between 3-5 business days to answer, but I’ll get to them
