Of course anyone can message us for support (though I can’t answer software “crash” related support questions and I’ll always point you to the software vendor).

Those who purchase courses and presets and have question on how to use/watch/install them, get to the top of the support queue (we usually respond within 24 hours). Other general photography or editing questions may take a little longer to answer but I’ll get to them 🙂

How can I download my courses or presets?

Just click MY ACCOUNT along the top right of this website. Use your email address that you purchased with to log-in and click “Lost Password” to reset the password if you don’t remember. Once logged in, click on “DOWNLOADS” in your Dashboard. 

How do I install Lightroom Presets or Profiles?

If you’ve purchased presets or profile, your download has video instructions on how to install them.

How can I contact you about speaking engagements?

Just use the contact form on the left. My wife usually handles that stuff, so you should hear back from her within 24-48 hours. Thanks!

Lightroom, Photoshop or ON1 is crashing on me?

Unfortunately if your question involves the word “crash” there’s not much I can do to help. If things aren’t working right, I always restart the program and restart my computer and sometimes that helps. Otherwise, please use the links below to contact the vendor. 

My files are not opening up after I download them. What's wrong?

Some downloads are really large and take a few minutes to download. But they may appear in your Downloads folder anyway, even before they’re done. It’s best to keep an eye on your internet browsers download progress bar to see if the download is truly finished first. If you’ve purchased any of the large courses, it’s best to wait at least 10 minutes before trying to open them.
