Those who purchase courses and presets and have question on how to download/watch/install them (or billing questions), get to the top of the support queue (we usually respond within 24 hours to non-editing and billing/download related questions).
Other general photography or editing questions will usually take between 5-7 business days to answer, but I’ll eventually get to them.
Lightroom Summit Questions?
If you have a Lightroom Summit question please visit the Summit website and click on the little “Need Help” button in the lower right corner. Other than questions about a course or topic, I can’t help you with any billing or customer support topics here. The Lightroom Summit staff is only available through that website. Thanks!

I can't log in to my account?
You can first try to reset your password to your account. If you receive the message “Invalid User Name or Email” that means you check out as a guest when you purchased and chose not to create an account. First… it’s TOTALLY okay… don’t sweat it. Just email in and we can get you your downloads again, and even set you up with an account so you can log-in any time and re-download your purchases.
I have used up downloads?
No worries. If you’ve accidentally tried to download to your phone or tablet, or just have clicked too many times, just email us and we can regenerate your downloads.
