If you receive a message that instructs you to “Sign in and confirm you’re not a bot” then this page will help. First, this is not an issue with my website. I host my videos on YouTube and I embed them in to the pages here much like every other website on the internet. This message is NOT my website asking you to sign in to it. Signing in and or commenting will not help.
Why Does This Happen?
This is a YouTube setting that was enabled at some point in the latter half of 2024. It typically only occurs for people that use the Apple Safari web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. I don’t have control over this, and it’s something that other people who embed YouTube videos in to pages also have.
How to Fix It?
The easiest way to fix it is to not fix it and just copy/paste the link to the webpage you receive the message on, in to another non-Apple browser.
If you only use Apple Safari then here are a couple of suggestions to fix:
Laptop/Computer – Click here and follow the instructions.
Phone/Tablet – Click here and follow the instructions.
