Lightroom has a really cool filter to get some enhanced lighting on certain areas of your photos. By using the Radial filter, you can make it look like light is hitting parts of your photo and really draw attention to the areas you want.

I love teaching and photography... In that order. I feel that enjoying photography, and photo editing can get WAY too complicated. So my personal mission (and favorite thing to do), is to create education that simplifies the process of taking great photos, and how to edit them to get the results youโve always wanted.
Matt:
Is there a complementary method in ON1?
Thanks
Hi John. Yes, ON1 has very similar tools with the Masking Bug / Gradient tool to get a similar effect.
Great Tip, I’ve used it before but I actually forgot about it since I use PS more, But It’s always nice to be re-educated. It’s amazing how much we can do with PS & LR. I don’t think I will ever know ALL of the things it can do.
Thanks Matt, you’re a good teach !!!
Matt,
As usual, a great, and concise presentation. I very much like the note you made to align the lightening with the existing imageโs lighting. This keeps things from looking artificial. Thanks again.
John
Thank you for all these get tips
Very cool tip, love it!
Great Tip. I don’t need flash.
