One of the most popular webinars I held last year was my free Fall Photo Makeover. This was a live online event where you submitted your own photos ahead of time and I edited (some of them) live in the webinar. It was a great opportunity to see a lot of different types of photos and how I go about editing them. Well, I’m doing it again this year. All of the details are below. The one thing I’ll make sure I add in there is to understand that I won’t be able to get to all of the photos submitted. I usually look for good learning moments when I pick photos. Sound good? Here’s the details…
When: Thursday November 8th at 12pm Noon (Eastern Time)
Where: Sign up by clicking here
Will it be recorded? Yes.
Submitting photos: Photos DO NOT need to have been taken this year. As long as it’s a photo from the fall and hopefully with a fall-ish look to it. Submit your photos by Tuesday November 6th at 12pm. More info below…
Photo Guidelines:
- Please upload an unedited Raw file. If you only have DNG that’s fine too. That means color space, size, and resolution don’t matter because none of that is included in the raw / dng photo. (No edited JPGs please).
- This must be a photo you LOVE, but maybe can’t figure out what to do with it. If you don’t love it, nobody else will
- A Max of 3 photo uploads per person please.
- All photo genres are welcome. But please understand that I won’t get to all of the photos that are submitted.
Happy New Year Matt,
Living in Australia I am not able to watch your Webinars. However, I would love to watch them in my own time . It says that they are recorded, but where can I find them? Thanks heap. Cheers Margret
Matt:
Thank you so much for the webinar hosted by yourself today. Anyone can see that you put much thought, and work into the content. As for me, I saw nothing l couldn’t use to improve my work. I’m still very new at photography. In one word, fascinating. Thank you for using my photo in the webinar today. My wife sent it without my knowledge. She is great. Thank you again. I am on board with your photoshop course next. Kudos to you!!
Love your teaching style and look forward to this tutorial. Thanks
Matt, I live on a strait, running into the San Francisco California bay. So my autumn color are rather beautiful in the Fall and year around. But I sent three images that I love. I am 81 but I am still out there taking images with my Nikon 750. I keep on going so that I can kept on going! Thanks Bev
Currently enjoying your Lightroom course downloaded to my computer. So much good information to have at hand for learning and reference. Looking forward to the webinar.
Looking forward to it. I sent you a photo of my wife at the Grinnell Lake overlook in Glacier National Park. I have tride all kinds of editing, but can’t seem to get the fall colors (yellows) right, along with the turquise color fo the lake and the blues in the sky. I hope you can do it the justice it deserves.
Looking forward to this very interesting subject.
Thank u
