Hey everyone! This week I have a full start to finish edit for you of a seascape photo I took a while back. It all starts in Lightroom Classic, and most of the work is done there. But I do jump to Photoshop at the end for a quick adjustment too. Enjoy!

Which beach in Southern California did you take this pic? First I thought it was Rodeo Beach, but that is in Northern Cal.

Wonderful tutorial Matt. I did not know about using the lasso tool and content aware fill to replace an unwanted portion of the photo.

Very nice to see the implementation of the various tools and tool “subsets”. A daily pause that refreshes and stimulates the juices to go back and do some edits on previous photos. Great instruction and pace.
From what I would have considered a “throw away” image to a perfectly usable, printable, displayable photo. Nice!

Great tutorial! I’ve followed you for so long that I was able to just about know what you were going to do in each step! :-). Only think I might have done was to remove the rock in the lower right corner.
