Hey there! If you’re on Facebook you need to check out my page because I post lots of little tips, tricks and free videos. A few times a week I usually jump on Facebook Live and do some tutorials. Sure, I post tutorials on my website here, but Facebook Live is kind of different. Mainly because I can have interaction. If I just sat at my desk all day making tutorials and not talking to anyone, I’d go crazy. But when I do a Facebook Live session, I can see your questions and comments and respond to them right then and there.

Sure, I screw up from time to time (always fun to watch) and forget to share my screen (not fun to watch), or something crashes on me, but that’s part of the fun too 🙂 Plus it’s a testing ground of sorts, so you’ll see some things that aren’t ready for primetime yet, but could be fun to learn.

Anyway, here’s a quick process to make sure you at least get notified if I’m going live. You don’t even have to watch right then. You can always come back and watch it later.

NOTE: This is by no means mandatory and if you don’t use Facebook please ignore this blog post. I will still post exactly what I’ve been posting here on the website. This is for a Facebook user who would like a different means to watch some videos.

First, you can click the little button right below and that’ll like the page right from here. And if you have a friend who you think would like the videos you can share too.

Next…

  1. If you don’t want to click the button and want to do it directly on Facebook then Make sure you’ve “Liked” my public Facebook page (click here). Yes, I have a private personal one, but I don’t share much and it’s meant for my close friends and family.
  2. Once you get to the page (and Like it), click the little Notification setting under my cover image and turn on Notifications for Events, Live Videos, etc… (see below)
  3. That’s it. You’ll get a notification if I’m live. And even if you can’t watch right then and there, you can always come back and click the notification and it’ll take you to the page to re-watch the video. Cool huh? 🙂

Thanks for “liking” the page. I will still do videos that get posted here to the site, so it won’t change what you get here. It’s just another outlet if you want to ask questions or interact a little more.

Have a good one!
