What do they have in common? The fact that they’ll all be together and I’ll get to hang out with (and near) them for a few days. I’m thrilled because I just booked my trip to Jackson Hole, WY and Grand Teton National Park in late September. The Grand Tetons have been on my bucket list for a long time and I’m finally getting out there to shoot. As an added bonus, two good friends of mine (Jeff and Randy) are hosting a workshop there at the same time, and they’ve brought Dave Black on to teach lightpainting. Even better, if you’re a Kelby Training subscriber you’ll be happy to know we’re sending a crew out to record another lightpainting class, with Dave, for Kelby Training Online.

Any Cool Photo Spots?
Now, I know I’ll be shooting at a bunch of the well-known usual spots, but if you have any special recommendations I’d love to hear them, so please leave a comment. I’ll be there for a solid 4 days and I plan to get a lot of shooting in so I’ll take any advice you’ve got.

There’s Still a Few Spots Open in the Workshop
The workshop is almost full, but I think there’s still a few spots open if you want to attend. Here’s the link to the website to find out more. And if you can’t make this one, you should definitely try to make a workshop with Jeff and Randy in the future. I’ve heard rave reviews about them. These guys have been out there teaching photography for years and they know how to do it right. Trust me, you’ll be in good hands.

Have a good one!
